Staff receive regular training in Safeguarding, First Aid, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety. They are offered other training opportunities to enhance their qualifications and skills when available.

All our staff in daily contact with children are Police checked.

Deganwy Out of School Club is run by a voluntary committee of parents who act as the Management Committee / Charity Trustees.
